How many venues are including in Perfectly Planned Events portfolio?
At the moment, our portfolio consists of 5 venues on the North Coast but we can assist with weddings taking elsewhere so feel free to chat to us for further information.

  • Do Perfectly Planned Events charge for site inspections?

We do not charge for site inspections as long as the venues which are chosen are part of our portfolio.  We do not mark up the wedding packages and even a client opts to go directly to the venue, the same rates for the venue chosen will apply.

  • How much are the co- ordination fees if Perfectly Planned Events co-ordinates my wedding? 

If you choose to appoint Perfectly Planned Events to co-ordinate your special day, there are two options – the is a co-ordination fee from the date of confirmation up and until the day of your wedding and the costs range from R7500.00 to R10 000.00 depending on the venue chosen.  If you require Perfectly Planned Events to be on site on the day of your wedding, the charges range from R2500.00 to R5000.00 depending on the venue chosen.

  • If I choose to have Perfectly Planned Events to co-ordinate my wedding on the day, how long will you be on site?

If we are contracted to co-ordinate on the day of your wedding, a Perfectly Planned Events staff member will be on site for approximately 10 hours.  Generally we leave after the main course has been served.  Prior to leaving the wedding, we will always come to the bridal couple and in the event that the client requests we stay on longer, we are happy to do this and we charge R300.00 per hour.

  • If I choose to appoint Perfectly Planned Events to co-ordinate my wedding, when is the payment due?

We require 50% of the co-ordination fee on confirmation of our services.  The balance of the co-ordination fee is required one month prior to the wedding.

  • Do any of the venues offer in house co-ordination?

Most venues offer in house co-ordination but most of our clients prefer that we do the co-ordination for their weddings and prefer that we are on site for their special day.  We do like to be on site so that we can make sure that all the arrangements are executed on the day and everything runs smoothly on your special day. 

  • What are the maximum number of guests which can be accommodated at your venues?

We are able to assist with venues from 100 to 300 guests.

  • Is it possible to do our own catering?

Some of the venues do offer this option but most of the venues that we work with on the North coast provide their own catering as part of the package. 

  • Can we provide our own alcohol?

None of the venues that we work with on the North coast allow this option.  However, all the venues offer the option of clients providing their own champagne and wine and corkage per bottle is charged. 

  • If I contract Perfectly Planned Events to co-ordinate my wedding, is it possible to use suppliers of my own choice?

Absolutely – you are more than welcome to use your own suppliers.  We have been in the wedding industry for a number of years and we have built up strong relationships with all of our preferred suppliers and their standard of work is very high.  We do recommend that you use our preferred suppliers but this isn’t a compulsory requirement and if a client opts to use their own supplier, they can do this.
